The Management of the company come together with over 50 years of combined experience in the security industry as well as extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry. The Director previously a Hotel Licencesee Holder is familiar with all Operating Hotel Management Procedures. Furthermore with a background in the Australian Special Forces the values of discipline and reliability are withheld in the company.
At Elite Protection we believe that the key to success in the security industry is to be able to adapt to the client’s needs and provide the highest quality guards that will best suit the client’s requirements at the most reasonable rate.

We aim to maintain our dedication to providing excellent service to each and every one of our clients. Unlike some larger companies, we have full control over the quality of guards we offer as we do not sub contract our work out to other companies. When you choose to use our services you will receive our guards meaning the quality you expect will be delivered. Elite Protection Managers regularly follow up with our clients ensuring they are happy with the service being provided and keeping up to date on the clients change in needs.
Our management team ensure guards are complying with the company’s standards and procedures by conducting regular spot checks on each of the venues.
Site Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adapted to specific Elite Protection guard sites, forming part of our ongoing quality assurance programme. Incident reports are generated for each site and clients kept informed of any issue in line with the established SOP.
